AOTA was formed to bring together individuals who are facing the often life-long struggle with obesity. Whether you are beginning to address your weight issues, you have been fighting the battle for a long-time, or you have 30 pounds or 300 pounds to lose, you are not alone in this journey.

AOTA is a non-profit organization organized under its bylaws in the state of Alabama. Our mission is to educate, prevention and treatment of real people not just numbers on a national level but to really make a change in peoples lives at a local neighborhood level. One person at a time.

We will take special emphasis on children and adolescents who are overweight, by curing childhood weight problems we prevent 45% probability of an obese adult.
